This machine is conceived for heatsealing of aluminium protective caps on plastic or glass containers such as jars, flasks or bottles at a high rate. The jars shifting to the heatsealer is carried out in a continuous way. The containers are introduced by an endless screw. An electronic speed variator allows the optimization of the shifting rate according to the products nature ; The module is equipped with a mechanism of lids destacking supplied with an interchangeable magazine.

An exclusive device provides hold, exact centring and heatsealing of the caps in a single operation.. Two adjustments systems allow an excellent heatsealing even on jars showing possible problems of : general geometry and surface, height tolerance.
